Vita Canada has three businesses in Canada. It manufactures all types of flexible polyurethane foam for use in furniture, bedding and automotive applications, including packaging, medical, industrial and a full range of memory foams. They also market latex mattresses and toppers.
Full fabrication facilities operate in six strategic locations across Canada, with lamination, die cutting, convoluting, contour cutting and a full range of bonded carpet cushion.

Vitacare Medical Products is Canada's leading manufacturer of quality medical foam products. The company also offers an in-house custom design service that can accommodate special custom requirements.
