Ian joined Vita in January 2019. He comes to the Group having spent 20 years with Morgan Advanced Materials, working across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, most recently as Global President for its Thermal Ceramics & Molten Metal Systems divisions. Previously, he worked in various capacities with Cape Plc and Esab AB, both divisions of the engineering firm Charter Plc.
Dan joined Vita in 2006 initially into the Corporate Finance team. Over the past 17 years he has held various senior finance and strategy roles within the Group. His previous experience includes Milliken Industrials, Deloitte and Andersen and he is a Fellow of the ICAEW.
Bridget joined Vita in 2017 and has over 20 years’ Post Qualification Experience. In addition to her legal qualifications she has an MBA and is a qualified Data Protection Practitioner. Bridget has extensive in-house corporate and commercial experience gained with Manchester Airport Group, the Co-operative Group and Intervoice Brite.
Gilbert joined Vita in 2006, initially as Divisional Finance Controller. A CIMA-qualified accountant, Gilbert moved into general management in 2011 and took up his current position in 2019, taking responsibility for all Comfort Foam businesses. His previous experience includes LDV, Merloni Elettrodomestici, Indesit, General Domestic Appliances, Fujifilm and British Gas.
Stuart was appointed to his current position in 2019 following a period as Business Development Director. He holds a Master’s degree in Integrated Engineering and Industrial Management and is an experienced business leader with significant project management, business improvement expertise and general management experience. He previously worked for Goodrich, The Manufacturing Institute and RLC Callender.
Hayley joined Vita in 2019 from PwC where she spent 11 years working with international listed and private equity-backed businesses to drive transformational change. Hayley is an ICAEW chartered accountant and has experience working across multiple industries including industrials, financial services, and waste management.
Rob joined Vita in 2019. He has 20 years’ senior procurement experience, gained at both private equity-backed and listed businesses. Prior to Vita, Rob was Group Procurement Director at Essentra. His previous experience includes senior positions at Motorola, News UK, Coats, and JLR.
Mike joined Vita in April 2020, having spent 25 years with Morgan Advanced Materials in a number of global technology leadership roles, including the last 6 years as Group CTO. He holds a Bachelor’s and Ph.D. in Materials Science from the University of Birmingham.
