The Vita Group have a dedicated bedding facility – Usleep which offers high-quality bedding products for improved sleep and comfort. Usleep offers a wide range of PU flexible foam, hybrid consumer products (spring+foam) and traditional spring products enabling countless designs and compositions.
Usleep produces a portfolio of foam, spring and hybrid mattresses using the most advanced materials for the majority of the UK’s leading B2C and omnichannel retailers.
Usleep has two UK and one French site, located in Ashton Under Lyne (UK), Castle Donington(UK) & Dourges (FR). Our desire to invest has meant that we manufacture using state-of-the-art machinery which has created one of the most efficient automated mattress production processes.
Mattresses are packaged in various ways, including flat, pressed and rolled, or pressed, folded and rolled and packaged into boxes, ensuring efficient transportation and ease for the end customer.
