Vita Talalay® is the longest-standing talalay latex brand (since 1961). Vita Talalay® is based at  Radium Foam, our manufacturing unit located in The Netherlands. Vita Talalay® is a natural comfort material, manufactured from the sap of rubber trees.  No other material on the market offers this consistent degree of durability and excellent ventilation properties without any compromise to comfort.

We work with high-end bedding manufacturers around the world, supplying quality latex for the mattress, mattress topper and pillow production.

For over 50 years, Vita Talalay® has been able to refine the production process just as the inventor Joseph Talalay did. The production of latex follows a nine-step production process. the steps include freezing and vacuuming, which are unique. These steps allow the perfect large round open cell structure to form and provide the comfortable material with its unsurpassed properties and benefits.

The roundness creates a lifting comfort, aligning the spine, and reducing pressure points. The openness of the structure creates breathability which provides a cool sleep. Quality control has always been imperative to us, which means that no product leaves the premises without meeting our strict quality standards.

Vita Talalay® latex pillow’s softness relieves your body’s pressure points. Its firmness provides support for your shoulders, back, neck and, most of all, your head. Everybody sleeps in different positions and has a different type of body.

All our pillows can be adjusted in firmness, size and Vita Talalay® type. Our In-house CNC conversion facility enables us to create bespoke designs depending on the design requirements.
